Sanam’s Javed papers approved by Supreme Court: Competition with Maryam Nawaz

The division bench, composed of Justice Irfan Saadat Khan and Justice Muneeb Akhtar, overturned the decisions made by the Lahore High Court (LHC) and the election tribunal, emphasizing the legitimacy of the PTI leaders’ nomination papers.

Notably, the Supreme Court’s directive to the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) is crucial, as it instructs the commission to publish and print the names of the PTI’s approved candidates directly onto the ballot boxes.
